I ordered two cabinets and one was delivered badly broken. I e mailed to let you know and I was asked to send a photo. I replied I didn't wish to take it out of the box as there were many shards of glass.I was very worried about cutting myself. No reply came back so a couple of days later I sent another e mail and was told I had to send a photo. This done, the replacement was soon delivered. However the point is that I am 75, a widow living on my own( without a camera). I therefore had to trouble someone to take a photo. I had also asked that the broken one was collected but was told, no worry,just dispose of it. As the nearest skip is 10 miles away and I have to rely on others for transport this too was not easy and I have had to get someone to take it for me. That apart I am quite pleased with the look of the purchases.

    We recommend that you use a qualified electrician to install any electrical wiring and any other fittings.

  • Are the mirrors supplied with the necessary fixings?

    Yes – all of our mirrors come with the fixings you need. You will find any extra detail you need in the product specification.

  • Can I install the mirror in any area within the bathroom?

How much will this item cost me?

You can order as many large items as you require and you will not be charged for delivery. So you will only be charged the price for large products like baths and shower enclosures (and also any small products like taps that are in the same order) whether you order 1 or 100 items. And because they're bigger it can take between 2 and 10 working days for delivery, but if you need it sooner just give us a call. We have a two-man delivery team, who will unload to a ground floor property. We're sorry but we can't deliver to any upstais rooms - our delivery drivers aren't insured.
