Communication regarding delivery I changed the delivery address due to a delay with builders, the address that was given to courier was incorrect TWICE It was dispatched 2 weeks ago but I am apparently receiving it tomorrow.

I was happy with the order but not really happy with the arrangement of delivery. But your customer service is really helpful. You can improve the your service in the way of delivery process. That is, either send a text message specifying the date of delivering or, let the delivery company know if the customer won't be available to make a convenient day/date of delivering their order.

This item is a 2 man delivery - there is a delivery charge of £29.99 per order for larger products like baths and shower enclosures. And because they're bigger it can take between 2 and 10 working days for delivery, but if you need it sooner just give us a call. We have a two-man delivery team, who will unload to a ground floor property. We're sorry but we can't deliver to any upstais rooms - our delivery drivers aren't insured.
