I ordered 3 items , Wash Basin, Pedestal & Waste. 1 of the items was badly damaged on arrival. 1 of the items had a minor fault in manufactur 1 item was received OK. But where Bathrooms.com excelled was the way in which they dealt with rectifying the above issues .... I was sent replacement items without hesitation. Well done Bathrooms.com. The measure of good service is how well they respond when something goes wrong...... Bathrooms.com showed excellent 'best practice' in this regard and as a result I would use them again without hesitation.

    To get the best cleaning results we recommend that you use a soft non-abrasive cloth with warm soapy water. Avoid using detergents and aggressive substances.

  • What should I do if I only have a gravity water system?

    The majority of our taps operate on low pressure - making them suitable for gravity water systems. Check the individual product specification to be certain of the minimum operating pressures.
