A better standard of the packageing arround the product and to take responsability for poor delivery sevice. Also to improve the customer service. No I would not recommend you to others. The problem was that when our bath was delivered one of the bolts for holding the feet was broken off. The reason for this is because it was dragged across the lorry floor. We cannot prove this, as a result we would never use your company or recommend you to anyone.

    We don’t recommend it, as any alterations you make will void your guarantee.

  • Can you drill tap holes in the bath?

    All of our acrylic baths are undrilled but many of them can be drilled on site, you can check which ones under the heading 'Tap holes'.

How much will this item cost me?

You can order as many large items as you require and you will not be charged for delivery. So you will only be charged the price for large products like baths and shower enclosures (and also any small products like taps that are in the same order) whether you order 1 or 100 items. We aim to deliver all orders that contain large (or a mixture of small and large) products within 5-10 working days anywhere to the mainland UK.

This item is a 2 man delivery - there is a delivery charge of £29.99 per order for larger products like baths and shower enclosures. And because they're bigger it can take between 2 and 10 working days for delivery, but if you need it sooner just give us a call. We have a two-man delivery team, who will unload to a ground floor property. We're sorry but we can't deliver to any upstais rooms - our delivery drivers aren't insured.
