The delivery & service was excellent. I was called, & given a day and hour when to expect the goods. They arrived two hours ahead of time. The packaging was excellent. I have only one criticism, I asked by email if a basin tap I had ordered was supplied with flexible connectors, and was told no. In fact when I inspected the box, connectors were supplied. I had to return a pair of connectors I had already purchased.

Evrything came in good time, delivery men very helpful, all items undamaged, good quality but were disappointed with toilet seat as we were led to believe from website it would be soft closing but one provided was ordinary also 2 days later the basin tap appeared on website at half price.

The whole process went smoothly with delivery on the day requested; we were kept updated about ETA and I was very happy with the service provided.

I found your service extremely efficient. My first point of contact was by telephone, and the (young?) lady who processed my order was very helpful, clear, and efficient. I was told of an expected delivery date, but was also emailed, texted and telephoned by the delivery people, which I thought was absolutely amazing!
