'Service provider' Overseeing the customer relation's team is an extremely fulfilling role. Through selective recruitment we have built a team that is passionate about what we do. As we continue to recruit new team members we maintain our search for the best candidates. Our customer relation's teams are made up of two sections Sales and Customer Service. It is imperative that, even though both teams have different daily goals, we maintain our overall goal of complete customer satisfaction. In addition I believe that it is extremely important that the Sales and Customer Service teams work as one team, an integrated unit, with the aim of giving the finest overall service we can.
