Small items
You can order as many small items as you require and the delivery cost will still be a total of £6.99. So small products like taps and basins will cost £6.99 whether you order 1 or 100 items. We aim to deliver all orders that only contain small products within 1-3 working days anywhere to the mainland UK.
Large items - 2 man delivery
You can order as many large items as you require and the delivery cost will still be a total of £34.99. So large products like baths and shower enclosures (and also any small products like taps that are in the same order) will cost £34.99 whether you order 1 or 100 items. We aim to deliver all orders that contain large (or a mixture of small and large) products within 2-10 working days anywhere to the mainland UK.
We have a two man delivery team who will unload all large items for you to a ground floor property. Regretfully we cannot deliver large items to any upstairs rooms as our delivery drivers are not insured for this.
Next working day delivery
We understand that sometimes you need your bathroom products as quickly as possible, that's why we offer a convenient next working day delivery service
for items ordered before 1pm. For larger items, our next day delivery option is a one man kerbside pallet delivery service. We deliver to most areas
of the mainland UK, simply enter your postcode to see the delivery cost for your area.

Collection
You can choose to collect your goods from our Distribution Centre which is located in Skelmersdale WN8 9PP saving you money on delivery charges. We do however require 24 hours notice in order to have your goods ready for you and you will also need to provide security details to confirm your order.
Delivery restrictions
Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or to any islands off the mainland UK. There are also some restrictions in our delivery service to the extremities of Scotland. Please contact us before placing any orders if you live in postcode areas DG, KA, PA, PH, KW and IV.
Schedule and checking deliveries
We will automatically send you a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email will inform you of the transport company's details who will then contact you to arrange delivery.
We pride ourselves on the reputation we have built for our delivery service which is built on being both high quality and timely.
Please note: Some distant areas of the UK may require slightly longer for delivery. On certain occasions we are able to pre-book a delivery date for you which is always provisional. It is very important however that even when you do have a confirmed delivery date that you do not pre-book contractors, or start any preparatory work until you have received your goods, and checked that they are correct as ordered and damage free.
