Can I collect?

You can choose to collect your goods from our warehouse which is located in Skelmersdale WN8 9PP saving you money on delivery charges. We do however require 24 hours notice in order to have your goods ready for you and you will also need to provide security details to confirm your order.

Will you unload?

We have a two man delivery team who will unload all large items for you to a ground floor property. Regretfully we cannot deliver large items to any upstairs rooms as our delivery drivers are not insured for this.

How long does delivery take?

Small items like taps usually take between 1-3 working days from receipt of order and large items between 2-10 working days on a normal delivery. We will contact you a few days prior to delivery to confirm a mutually convenient delivery date and you can agree a morning or afternoon delivery at this point. If you require a faster delivery you can choose our Next working day delivery option which is available to most areas of mainland UK. Please check our delivery page for more information.

We source our products from around the world working with designers and manufacturers to find the very best products. Our own inspectors then quality check the items that are produced and we supply them direct to you as quickly as possible. This way we cut out any middle men, keeping our costs low and getting quality products to you at low, low prices.

Do you have the items in stock?

We always hold stock of over 95% of our product range and except in exceptional circumstances we guarantee delivery in approximately 10 days for every product that is in stock.
