Delivery was prompt and all that was ordered was there, the stone resin shower tray was ok but not of the same quality as our other shower tray bought elsewhere, that's not to say its bad its not. The shallow shower waste I wasn't so happy as it didn't fit British standard fittings and had to hunt around for a
flexible pipe coupling to join to waste pipe, I haven't fitted the shower screen as other trades are in, but it looks good in the box.

The overall experience on the site was good. I was confused when adding the delivery, as it's not clear that ordering next day or otherwise doesn't include a 2-man team to your place. It's just a kerbside drop off. Which is slightly annoying considering the extra you pay.
Customer support has so far been helpful, and the quality of the products are good - yet to still unbox and install everything however.

I am particulary wary of telephone numbers these days and especially 0845 numbers. If there is a cost involved I think the customer should be told because I, in the past being a Pensioner, have been reluctant to order against 0845 mumbers and thats not good for sales is it.

I ordered two bathroom cabinets. Both had slight scratches on but in areas that you wouldnt really notice. the main problem was that some of the screws on both products were too long and therefore the handles didnt tighten fully.
Delivery was quick and efficient.
