Throughout my contact/ordering I have had excellent service from bathrooms.com From the girl who answered the phone regarding my enquiry regarding post-code deliveries and patiently and clearly gave me information, to the deliveries being made at a convenient time, the delivery men kindly offering to take heavy items upstairs, and to the very supportive after-sales agent who ensured I had everything necessary to complete the job. I have been hugely impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy consistently extended to me. There is no doubt that the products I have received have been to a high standard and excellent value. I am very impressed and will be informing as many others as possible.

Very good service and communications. Delivered on time and was given an approx time for delivery on the day which was very helpful.

The customer services were excellent. Having ordered a bath screen that twice arrived damaged. The staff arranged an immediate replacement that was despatched and arrived the next day. My only negative comment is that the original packaging was lacking in substance for the items weight and fragility and the couriers should be told that the company website claims they will wait 20 mins to allow for the checking of goods. Twice they delivered the gods and just left.

Delivery fees need to be reconsidered when you bought a complete bathroom.

The Cabinet has been inspected, but not yet fitted. The product looks well made, and a quality cabinet Delivery Quick and well packed, I would reccomend Bathrooms.com to other people.
