You will be deemed as accepting these terms and conditions as soon as an order is placed on our website and we will treat each order for goods by yourself as acceptance that you make the purchase subject to these terms and conditions. Telephone calls may be recorded and monitored for quality control and training purposes. Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.
1. Product Information accuracy
It is always our intention to keep all information that is published on our website as accurate and up to date as possible. All information such as images, product descriptions, news pages, blogs and other information pages have been supplied by manufacturers, publicists, suppliers, publications or has been gathered from other public domain sources. The accuracy or reliability of information contained in these pages cannot be guaranteed and users of this website remain responsible for any actions taken. We reserve the right to amend product specifications without prior notice and where dimensions are specified, these contain a +/- 3% manufacturing tolerance.
2. Our contract and acceptance of your order
When you place an order with Bathrooms.com this will represent an offer to us to purchase products and you will be sent an initial e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order. This offer is then accepted by us when we send you a second email confirming that we have dispatched the products to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). If there are any products that were on your initial order but were not confirmed as dispatched in the Dispatch Confirmation email, then these products do not form part of this contract.
3. Description of Goods
All product descriptions, images, advertising and specifications on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Due to the technical nature of the products that we sell it is not always practical to publish in depth specifications. All information and specifications provided to our customers in any form are approximate and intended as a guide only. We do not accept any responsibility for preparation work carried out that is based on information and specifications provided. We advise that you wait until you have received your goods before undertaking such work.
4. Payment and Price
All prices on the Bathrooms.com website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are specified at the point of placing your order, unless stated otherwise. Whether your order has been confirmed or not, the total price payable for the goods will be shown at the time you place your order.
5. Availability of Goods
All of the products or services that we offer may be withdrawn at any time for any reason and are always subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply the goods, you will not be charged and you will be refunded any money that may have already been taken.
6. Payment Methods
We accept most of the major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Switch and Visa (unfortunately we do not accept American Express). To speed up the buying process you must provide us with exact billing address and telephone number and also the address and phone number that your credit card bank has on file for you. If you provide us with incorrect details, this will delay the processing of your order and it will only be processed once we have received authorisation of your credit card.
7. Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that are placed for products that are listed at any incorrect price due to typographical errors or errors in pricing information received from our suppliers, taxes or duty charges.
8. Product Guarantees
All of the products that we supply have a 12 month guarantee which excludes faults caused by neglect, accident, misuse or faults that can not be confirmed to have not been caused by incorrect installation. In addition to this, routine maintenance, if needed, is not covered. Our product guarantees do not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
9. Delivery Charges
We offer a delivery service and delivery prices vary depending on the products and service that you select at the checkout stage. Delivery charges are not inclusive in the price of your products and you are not required to use our service, you can choose to collect items from us, this way you will not incur any delivery charges.
10.Terms of Guarantee - your satisfaction with our products
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products that you receive from Bathrooms.com, you can return them to us for a complete refund. This is subject to our Non-Faulty Products Returns Policy and we must receive notification from you within 28 days of receipt of your goods. You may alternatively request to keep the goods that you have received and get a discount compensation certificate of £50 (subject to your order details).
11. Acceptance of delivery
You will be reponsible for your goods as soon as they have been delivered to your door and we will only deliver goods to the address that we are given when the order is placed. We accept no liability whatsoever in respect to late or missed deliveries and will not leave any goods without a signature.
Goods damaged in transit: If you receive goods in a damaged condition, it is your responsibility to make a note on the carriers delivery consignment and then inform us of the damages within a reasonable amount of time. In most cases we will typically deem this to be a period of up to 28 days from delivery.
Shortages or missing items: You must check and sign for the correct amount of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. This is your responsibility and any shortages must be reported to us within a reasonable period of time. In most cases we will typically deem this to be a period of up to 7 days from delivery.
Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to report any in-correct goods that have been delivered within a reasonable period of time. In most cases we will typically deem this to be a period of up to 28 days from delivery.
12. Lowest price
One of our three main guarantees is that we offer the lowest price for any particular product. This means we guarantee that if you find the exact same product in the same dimensions, quality and colour at a lower price, we will match that price and also offer a further 5% off. This offer can either be redeemed before placing the order with us or upto 5 days after you have already placed an order. You will be required to provide us information regarding the validity of the other offer so that we can verify that the products are in fact the same. Normally this will mean that we require the company name, website (if applicable), telephone number and their product details. We also reserve the right to ask you to provide us with further information such as any marketing material containing the offer in question.

15. Delivery dates
Please note that all delivery dates that we provide are always provisional. We pride ourselves on the high quality delivery service that we offer and have build a reputation for our timely deliveries.We must stress however that even if you have a confirmed delivery date we strongly advise that you do not pre-book contractors, or engage in any type of preparatory work until you have received all of your goods and are happy that they are both correct as ordered and damage free. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever in respect to late deliveries and time shall not form a part of any order or form part of the contract.
16. Next day delivery
Goods will be delivered on a pallet for all large next business day deliveries as close to your front door as possible. If your front door is in-accessable for any reason such as you live in a narrow street or in flats or there is any other obstruction, we will make delivery as near to your property as we possibly can.
Unfortunately our drivers are NOT insured to take goods inside your property or up any stairs for next day deliveries. Please ensure that 2 able bodied people are available at the time and point of delivery to receive and carry the goods to your desired location.
Whilst we will make every effort possible to honour a next day delivery, we cannot guarantee this service due to unforeseen circumstances that may be beyond our control. In the unlikely event that we make a late delivery we will refund the delivery charge to you. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever in respect to late deliveries and time shall not play a part of any order or form part of the contract. Where we specify Next day delivery, this means next working day and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
17. Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to remove or edit any content or materials on this website and also to withdraw any products or services at any time. It is our sole discretion to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or at any time to refuse service .Withdrawing any products from this website will not hold us liable to either yourself or any third party whether or not that product has been sold; editing or removing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:
- Provide a delivery address that is in the United Kingdom. Please note that hotels, accommodation addresses and PO box numbers addresses are not deemed as acceptable
- Register by providing us with all of the following information: your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
- You specifically authorise us to transmit information by making an offer to buy a product. This includes any updated information about your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to validate your credit card, to authenticate your identity, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
18. Discount compensation certificate
You must inform us in writing (sending an email is not accepted) to receive a discount compensation certificate. Your letter must include your order details and also the reason that you are not completely satisfied with either your products or the service that you have received. This letter must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and to ensure that we continue to improve our service this will be reviewed by the Managing Director. You will then be informed of the steps that we intend to take to ensure that the same issues you have experienced do not happen again. Your discount compensation certificate will be issued subject to an initial order value of £ 750 which can be used against any future orders over the value of £ 750 placed with Bathrooms.com. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount certificate or promotion. The discount compensation certificate can not be exchanged for cash and has no monetary value. Bathrooms.com reserve the right to retract this offer at any time.
19. VAT rebate administration charge
There is a £30 charge for any customers requiring a VAT rebate for any reason to cover administration.
