This review follows an emergency replacement following a product failure. The service was superb with a replacement dispatched without question. No improvements needed here!

The toilet and seat were missing from the order, a fact known to the courier but not me. Took a few emails to sort it out and had to take another day off work to receive it. These things happen but it would have been nice to be informed in advance by either Bathrooms or their courier.

Thought the whole process was very smooth and would definitely use again.

Horrendous service. Forgot to deliver parts of the order. Delivery was a week late. And now the late items were apparently damaged in the van and I'm still waiting for items to be delivered. Awful!

I was happy with the overall service before and after the order as after my bath did not come with my first order the staff went out of their way to get it sorted

Customer service was appalling. It states on the website that delivery would be 2-10 working days. We have waited almost a month to recieve our order. It took the company 3 days to get in touch with me regarding security issues, which should have been addressed upon order! I waited a further week before contacting, where I was told that my order was not even dispatched yet! Upon dispatch, I was told that my order would take 2-10 working days to be delivered. I made several complaints to the company and was appalled and disgusted by the attitude I received on the phone. She didn't even offer any alternative or apologise for the delay. I was then contacted on 6/05/16 stating that my order had been split!! Never buy from this company as their website is very misleading and customer service is disgusting!

I hadn't realised before I placed the order that it would be 10 days before delivery. This wasn't a problem but might be for some purchasers. I was disappointed with the toilet, not to the same standard as one previously purchased from *** it seemed very small and the shape of the cistern means the toilet seat struggles to stay upright.

It would be useful to be able to do named day delivery, but other than that, great service, very happy with the product.

I paid for next day delivery, which was expensive, but this is understandable. However, for £65, I would expect to be able to choose a morning or afternoon slot. As I work full time and not always in the town that I live, this would have been useful. The bathroom suite however was excellent & I'm very happy with it!

Very difficult to state a this moment before delivery. You want a review and the product won't be delivered for another 10 days.

No improvements to be honest. We had looked around so many places for the bathroom suite we needed and by far this was the best place to buy from. Amazing prices, brilliant customer service and amazing delivery service. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Good products, delivery slightly flaky, but the drivers made up for that with their hard work. Note: I had to change the contact mobile number and the messages still came to the old number, till a second call was put through re-requesting the change.

I had a great sales advisor called ***. He talked me through everything and explained what I would need (I was a complete novice) - he really couldn't have been more helpful.

Delivery of the towel rail/radiator had no appointment times, just an e-mail saying it would be delivered the next day. Very inconvenient. The other goods were delivered with pre-delivery phone calls on the day of my choice.😀

I have purchased several items from Bathrooms direct. The delivery is always extremley quick and i have never had an issue with any product.

I was impressed by the quick delivery of my suite etc to the west coast of Scotland and with the quality of all my purchases. Unfortunately one item was damaged with the replacement being out of stock.This meant having to source the item from elsewhere which reduced the star rating Tthe customer support staff however, dealt with my refund speedily.
