  2. All prices are correct at the time of going to press.
  3. Merchants, Public Organisations, Local Authorities, Energy Schemes and British Gas are excluded from these offers.
  4. All items subject to availability.
  5. All photographs are used as a guide only and do not necessarily represent the products on offer.
  6. The Bathroom Showroom reserves the right to alter prices, designs and performance of the products without notice.
  7. The Bathroom Showroom assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or omissions in the information contained in this leaflet.
  8. Claims can only be accepted from Bona fide Trade Customers.
  9. The offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer.
JULY 2024 FREE LADDER PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promoter: The following terms and conditions apply to our ‘January 2024 Spend £1000 and get a free Straight ladder rail Promotion’ (“Offer”) for customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”): 
1. Promotion Period: 00:00am on 8 July 2024 to 11:59pm on 31 July 2024 inclusive.
2. Qualifying Products: All bathroom and tile ranges sold by City Plumbing advertised for sale by the Promoter.
3. [Excluded Products:  The Offer does not apply to products not within the City Plumbing Bathrooms or City Plumbing Tiles brochures. 
4. Offer: Purchase a minimum of £1000 (one thousand pounds) [exclusive] of VAT on Qualifying Products in one transaction and receive one free straight ladder rail for the Qualifying Products (the “Reward”) on in store purchases of the Qualifying Products (the “Qualifying Purchase”), purchased within the Promotion Period (the “Offer”). The Reward will be applied by the Showroom Manager to the Qualifying Purchase where no other discount voucher or offer is used by the customer or applies. 
5. Eligibility: 
a. The Offer is only valid to customers that make the Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Customer”). 
b. Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions are final. 
c. Qualifying Purchases invoiced and not paid in full during the Promotion Period will not qualify.
6. Maximum Number of Rewards: Each Qualifying Purchase will entitle the Qualifying Customer to one Reward and the number of Rewards a Qualifying Customer may receive during the Promotion Period is unlimited.
7. New/Existing Customers: No account is required to redeem the Offer.
8. Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding:
a. accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
b. customers with internal and / or external contract support;
c. any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees; 
d. national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;
e. any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees;
f. any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;
g. merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and
h. customers with internal and/or external contract support.
9. Notification of Reward: The Promoter will confirm to the Qualifying Customers that they have qualified for a Reward at the point of checking out the Qualifying Purchase in store.
10. Distribution of Reward: The Reward will be applied at the point of checking out the Qualifying Purchase in store.
11. Expiry of Offer: The Offer will expire at 11:59pm on 31 July 2024 so all Qualifying Purchases must be placed, and be confirmed by the Promoter, prior to this time. Any Qualifying Purchases made outside of this time will not be eligible for the Offer.
12. One Offer at a Time: The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer. 
13. No Alternatives to the Offer: No cash alternative available and the Offer is non-transferrable. The Offer is subject to the availability of stock relating to the Qualifying Products; the Promoter does not guarantee availability.
14. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
15. Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer/promotion at any time without notice. 
16. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy. 
17. Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.
18. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
