OB1 Construction Sealant & Ashesive bonds all metals even lead, plastics including PVC, GRP and more including glass, mirror, polystyrene, fibreglass and wood, which will not crack or shrink after application. OB1 Sealants even work in water. Solvent Free & zero VOCs. OB1 Construction Sealant & Adhesive will maintain its robust bond when cured from -40C to +120C and therefore is able to cope in harsh external weathering conditions and in a refrigerated environment. OB1 Sealants are suitable to Trade-Specific Applications handled by plumbers and heating engineers, such as sealing leaky pipes, bonding shower trays and bathroom fixtures. OB1 Sealants are available in a broad range of colours, from White & Clear to more designer colours of Grey or Terracotta.

The solvent will eventually evaporate causing the mastic to collapse hence the seal/bond line failing. OB1 Construction Sealant & Adhesive does not contain any solvents so it will never crack, shrink or collapse, creating a permanent seal/bond
