The Worcester Bosch turbine is suitable for installation in the flow switch section of Greenstar Energy Related Products, Celsius, Compact and Greenstar boilers. The flow switch, or flow meter, has an inbuilt sensor that sits inside the heating or hot water system pipework as an important safety mechanism.

• The flow switch acts as a safety device
• It is a switch with an in-built sensor that sits in the pipework for both the heating and domestic hot water systems
• When the pump is activated, the flow switches senses this movement and feeds the information back to the electronic control, allowing the ignition sequence to progress
• The purpose of the flow switch is to make sure that the burner cannot switch on whilst the system is dry or low on water
