Baxi 800 Heat range is backed by a 10 years parts and labour warranty and comes with an Adey Micro2 compact system filter in the box. It comes with cupboard fit, with the option for a top or rear in-case flue for a neater finish, works extremely quietly and is compatible with market-leading Megaflo unvented hot water storage cylinders.
